iSayHello – Travel Dictionary for iPhone and iPod Touch

Submitted by on August 21, 2009 – 8:07 pmNo Comment

iSayHello.mobi was designed to be a compact travel phrasebook for holidays abroad. Across 10 lessons, all the important topics–from arrival at the airport, customs, hotels and transport, to money and dining out–have corresponding phrases, all of which can be played back if required. There’s even a lesson entitled “Flirt.” The clearly understandable learning scenarios allow you not only to communicate spontaneously at your holiday destination, but above all provide quick language acquisition that is relevant to the location and activities. Furthermore, all functions are useable anytime and anywhere without internet access, meaning that the Admovi language courses are truly mobile. You can play back the phrases as late as seated in the plane–after you’ve landed, you’ll be able to tell the taxi driver exactly where you need to go.

iSayHello is supported by a clear user interface and high quality graphic design. Other useful functions include being able to play back phrases in target or native language only, or to play back the entire lesson in one go. You can even separately save, sort and manage your favourite phrases for specific situations. Especially advantageous is the fact that all phrases are spoken by authentic native speakers. This aids in understanding and in gaining vocabulary. iSayHello comes in 22 language combinations, including Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, German and Polish. More languages to come soon.

iSayHello can be found at the Apple App Store on iTunes, or at www.isayhello.mobi/en
