New software synchronises Samsung phones with Mac OS X

nova media today unveiled FoneSync, a new solution to synchronise Samsung phones with Mac OS X. FoneSync allows to synchronise contacts and calendars with new Samsung phones, which could not be synced with the Mac OS before.

FoneSync for Samsung phones has a clean and easy to use interface, and supports several synchronisation options. FoneSync can be set to synchronise single address book groups and single calendars. The synchronisation of contacts can be restricted to those which include at least one phone number and the time frame in which calendar events are synchronised can be altered as well.

“Many Macintosh users turn to Samsung phones because of the looks and the interface until they realize that there is no out-of-the-box sync solution for Mac OS X included.”, states Jan Fuellemann, spokesperson of nova media. “This is the reason we have developed FoneSync.”

FoneSync for Samsung phones supports the following models: M8800 Pixon, M8910, S5230, S5600, S7220, S7350, S8000 und S8300. Additional Samsung phones will be added as they become available.

Pricing and Availability:
FoneSync for Samsung phones is available today at nova media’s website. FoneSync requires Mac OS X 10.5.8, 10.6.1 or higher and a bluetooth enabled Macintosh computer.

Press licenses are available on request.
