David Ross Software has announced that Uni Sudoku 1.3 for the iPhone and iPod Touch is now available. Uni Sudoku is one of the most highly rated Sudoku apps for the iPhone and iPod Touch and now it’s even better.

New in version 1.3:
* Flip device 180 degrees for left-handed controls
* Option for darker pencil marks
* Shake device to clear pencil marks or auto-fill them
* Highlight possible squares
* Improved graphics

First popular on the Mac, the same great game is now available wherever you go on your iPhone or iPod Touch. Enjoy 10,000 puzzles of five different difficulties or enter puzzles from your favorite game book, newspaper or website to solve. As with the Mac version the interface gets out of your way for Sudoku bliss: make pencil marks with a tap on the number pad, double tap to complete the square and press and hold a digit to highlight it on the board.

Even paper and pencil diehards get addicted to the meditative flow of playing with your thumbs, anywhere you are. With its quick launch time you can play anytime you have a spare moment, progress is saved anytime you have to quit. Rotate the puzzle clockwise or counter-clockwise for a new perspective when you’re stuck. If you prefer the number pad and controls on the left you can now turn the device around to play that way.

Device Requirements:
iPhone and iPod Touch 2.0 or later

Pricing and Availability:
Uni Sudoku 1.3 is only $2.99 (USD) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Games category. Video preview available on YouTube.
