Apple are reported to have held staff meetings this weekend to unveil a new policy, regarding dropping current restocking fees on on January 11th. This fee is applied if you returned an opened product to the store and a 10% fee was charged.
There do not seem to be any details on Apple’s website regarding restocking fees, if they are there they are well hidden!
