Apple has updated it’s website to HTML5, moving on fro the HTML 4.01 Transitional previously used.
The new site has features such as, dynamically resized search field in the navigation bar and a new “product slider” interface, which animates a series of icons depicting the families of Mac products.
HTML5 is the next major revision of the HTML standard, currently under development. Like its immediate predecessors, HTML 4.01 and XHTML 1.1, HTML5 is a standard for structuring and presenting content on the World Wide Web.
Apple has long been a supporter of HTML5.
