“I’ve been a runner my entire life and have a love for the sport,” said Jim McDannald, founder and CEO of Eugene, Oregon based Kind Eagle, LLC. “TrackGeek 2010 started as an idea while attending the 2008 Olympic Track and Field Trials in Eugene. I have an iPhone and found it difficult to get information about the meet and track athletes on my mobile device. There simply was no iPhone app for the content I wanted. I thought there had to be an better way to collect and display great running/track and field news content on a mobile device. We plan on launching a Blackberry and Android version also this year.”
